I entered the real estate industry after selling a successful franchise business back in 2002. I started 15 years ago as a loan officer originating Conventional, FHA, VA Reverse Mortgage, and Term loans, as well as underwriting them prior to final approval. During the market crash, because of my lending experiences, as well as being an accountant, I became Senior Short Sale Negotiator for a Re/Max branch franchise. Once the market evolved, I migrated to Management, Trainer and Agent Recruiter.

My vast experiences, latest tools and technology, have only enhanced my passion for Real Estate even more. I am also a member of the Miami Board of Realtors and NAR, in good standing.
