Liz Romero is by far THE BEST real estate agent!! She represented us when we recently sold our home in Long Beach. She gave us helpful tips to prepare our house to sell. When we were ready to list, Liz offered home decor items and then staged our home herself! She made our selling/moving experience less stressful by being available to answer our calls/texts/emails in a timely manner. Her extensive real estate knowledge, experience and confidence always put our minds at ease. Since our selling process was during the pandemic, Liz made sure that all potential buyers, agents and service providers who entered our home followed strict safety protocols. She even wiped down all surfaces after visitors left! She used her top-notch skills to negotiate terms on an offer that we were very happy with.

Liz was an excellent realtor for me! She handled the sale of my condo very well during difficult circumstances. She was very professional and was always there every step of the way when I needed help or just had questions about anything. She also provided really good referrals for renovation work that I needed to have done prior to listing my property for sale. I would definitely choose her again for my next real estate transaction.
