A little about me, I will make it short and simple. My name is Elisabeth, pleasure to have you visit my page; I am originally from Long Island New York my professional background has been until recently in Job Cost Accounting and Financial Analysis; job costing is all related to residential and commercial construction, it's actually the person behind the seen making sure we are on budget. I am a mom of three wonderful men and a grandmother; I love it. I have always had a passion for Real Estate and got my license many years ago but, I had to focus on raising my boys. I have always worked Real Estate part time and had great success, winning the silver award one year. In 2017, I took the leap and retired from the corporate work world(Show Management); I decided to focus on Real Estate full time. I realized that Real Estate brings me joy, especially, when I see the joyous expressions on the faces of new homeowners when they finally close on their first home or business. I also have acquired a strong background in selling listings, by applying my strong work ethics and dedication. I have turned many renters into buyers over the years and this also brings great pride and joy. I feel taking the time upfront to know what the needs are and what has to happen before buying or selling your home makes the real estate experience a very good and smooth experience. what does this mean? Pre-qualifying Sellers, buyers and investors, knowing what they can take on is important, as a responsible professional, I think it's important for all parties involved. Our time is precious , I value and respect the meaning of our time so, doing things right and making it easy is usually my goal. I do not take listings to hang my sign, I work my listings and pride myself in accomplishing the goals we set. I am in the business of listing homes to sell , not to collect listing to have them expire or sit on the market. Enough about me. I would like to focus my attention now on helping you the buyers , sellers, investors or renter reach your Real Estate dream.
