Elizabeth Thiel

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Thiel, though most call me Liz - a local realtor, community connector, and proud East Bay native. I was raised in Lafayette and now live in Martinez with my husband, our two boys, and our lovable rescue pups, Riley and Cooper. I grew up surrounded by real estate (my mom’s an appraiser!) and have had the honor of guiding buyers and sellers over the years with the same grounded insight and care that shaped me early on.

Clients know me for my calm, honest, and detail-oriented approach - I thrive on spreadsheets, checklists, and advocating fiercely for the people I work with. I’ve dedicated myself to building a reputation as a trusted and dependable real estate professional among both clients and peers. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me biking around town with my family, checking out local breweries, or chasing our kids (and dogs) around the neighborhood. This community means so much to me and I’d be honored to help you find your place in it.
