Elizabeth started her Real Estate career in Huntington Beach in 1987. After getting married to her husband Kenny, a Los Angeles City Firefighter and having two children, Blake, and Jason, it was important for her to become a full time “stay at home mother.” She returned to real estate in 2006 when her children were older and once again could devote her time to providing exceptional service to her clients. Her policy is the “Nordstrom” way of doing business, “customers come first!” Most of her business comes from referrals from past clients. Everyone she does business with is very dear to her and she keeps in contact with them for many years. She has long lasting relationships with her clients, and they return to her for help on any future real estate endeavors. Her business has grown to not only servicing Orange County, but includes Los Angeles, Riverside, and Sand Diego Counties. She has learned that knowing your market, having the qualities and skills, and negotiation ability is what makes an excellent Realtor. In her opinion, it is important to have the ability to recognize and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of different home sellers and buyers. This can only be achieved by really caring about people together with practical experience and education. She takes great pride in her work and is a highly motivated, energetic individual who always gives 110% to everything. Her diligence and work ethic assures her clients of having a positive, rewarding, and secure experience when selling or buying a home. She has been certified as an REO agent, green professional, Cartus corporate relocation and Affinity USAA specialist. She has also collaborated with many Veterans and is familiar with the VA and CalVet process.
