Ellen helped us purchase investment property in Cape Canaveral. She was a joy to work with. Ellen listened to our goals and worked very hard to help us achieve them. She possesses extensive knowledge of the market and because she has deep relationships other agents we knew about properties before they hit the MLS! Ellen is professional, organized, patient and sweats the details. She was quick to return our texts and calls and answer our many, many questions. In the end, Ellen helped us successfully navigate an extremely competitive seller's market and buy a fabulous duplex a few blocks from the beach that appraised well above our offer. She even got the seller to credit us the cost of a new roof, too. When it's time to find a retirement home on the beach, Ellen will be the first person we call. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a home on the Space Coast.

I think she works 7am-10 pm every day, very quick to answer our questions and giving us prompt updates through the real estate purchasing process. Thank you Ellen for another great performance !
