After interviewing her, I knew she would be the best one to hire because she had extraordinary knowledge about the current market. We looked high and low for a great realtor.. and it was very hard to find someone that works hard and communicates with us regularly. We are so glad we hired Ellen. She always went an extra mile to make the process smooth and comfortable for us. Ellen took care of the entire property when when it was on the market. She is very dependable as well as a pleasure to work with. Ellen gave detailed and prompt updates after every showing-she was very professional and punctual with replying back to us. Ellen Williams is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I had to sell my mother’s house after she passed away, and we live 125 miles from the Chicago suburbs. We also had not sold a house before. Ellen walked us through the process and provided contacts for every service provider we needed. All the providers were reasonably priced and did a good job. She also personally took care of any details that would have required us to be at the house so we didn’t have to travel. If any problems came up, she helped us solve them, and she always gave good advice on renovation options. When it came time for the sale, Ellen attracted a lot of interested buyers for the house, and we got a good final price. I would recommend her services to anyone.
