Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ellie attributes her love for real estate to witnessing the city’s transformation over the past couple decades. Living in Buckhead Village– the heart of Atlanta’s shopping and culinary scene and home to some of the most remarkable architectural landscapes in the south– served as the ultimate real estate case study. Ellie has a keen understanding of how artful design, placemaking, and branding can breathe new life into a product, making her the ideal partner for sellers and developers alike.
Ellie’s education, combined with her professional experience in real estate, has made her a nationally networked, “go-to” person for all aspects of the industry. Ellie graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Development and a minor in Marketing. Originally an Urban Studies and Planning major, her interdisciplinary coursework equipped her with a holistic understanding of the industry from finance and investment, professional selling, marketing analytics, designing livable communities, public policy and management, and the history of planning and development.
Ellie’s career spans top-tier family office, private equity, and brokerage firms, giving her unparalleled expertise in deal structuring, negotiations, and client relations. During her time as a Capital Markets Analyst at JLL, Ellie contributed to closing over $125 million in debt and equity financing across various asset classes and geographies. From underwriting deals to advising on value, her ability to navigate complex transactions with precision ensures a seamless and informed experience. Ellie’s background not only makes it easy for her to guide sellers and buyers, but to be able to work with mortgage brokers, sponsors, appraisers, and lawyers on a level that is not always achieved by other brokers.
Having relocated to New York herself, Ellie is deeply empathetic to both how exciting and overwhelming the home search can feel.
