Elliot, born in LA and raised in Minneapolis, has now resided in the Miami area for almost a decade. Prior to selling Miami real estate, Elliot worked with a Minneapolis based company developing high rises that now coat the Miami skyline. This helped shape his passion for all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Before transitioning to ONE Sotheby’s, Elliot worked for four years as a real estate agent for a boutique firm. His transactions consisted of in-house sales, leases and property management. These transactions immersed him in close to 100 exciting transactions per year giving him extensive knowledge of the Miami–Dade market. As part of the renowned ONE Sotheby’s International Realty network, Elliot has enhanced his best practices while embracing new challenges. He is a Price Strategy Advisor (PSA) by the National Association of REALTORS and has a certificate in negotiation by the University of Michigan, which benefits his customers by having a powerful negotiator on their side ensuring the best deal possible.
Elliot is the Founder of The Brickell Scoop, which is the largest community social club in Brickell. It's focused on bringing the community together through different initiatives like community service, community outreach and community social hours. This continues to put Elliot in the forefront as one who understands the lifestyle his customers are seeking.
