About Elliott 'Chad'

Chad grew up on a small farm in southern Ohio. Upon graduating High School he made the move to Columbus, Ohio where he attended Ohio State University, met his wife Christina, and had two sons. In 2009 they decided that they wanted to live closer to family and friends, and enjoy a slower pace of life so they made the move to sunny Myrtle Beach, SC. Chad spent his first few years in Myrtle Beach managing for a popular local restaurant group, eventually going on to become one of the only Certified Cicerone's in South Carolina and the Craft Beer Brand Manager for a beer distributor. This job allowed him to travel the area daily, from Georgetown to Little River, meeting new people, and giving him a unique insight into the different communities that encompass the Grand Strand. It's Chad's knowledge of these communities and passion for relationships that drove him to become a Realtor®. When not working he enjoys good food, great beer, movies, biking, and spending time with his family and friends.
