Ellis is a phenomenal real estate agent and was instrumental in getting us to closing! Throughout the whole process he was very responsive, patiently answered all of our numerous questions and was a strong advocate on our behalf in negotiations with the seller. He was with us every step of the way and we really felt supported and guided at all times. Ellis knows the market in and out and is also well versed in finance, which helped us understand various financial aspects of the transaction much better. We would give him 10 stars and he will be the first person we’ll call for any future real estate needs!

Ellis is an exceptional realtor. My partner and I were looking for an apartment lease in Jersey City. Although it took us several months of searching to find the right neighborhood and apartment style, Ellis was extremely patient and continued to help us tour apartments any time we asked. He was punctual, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. At the end of working with Ellis, we found a beautiful row-house apartment in the neighborhood we wanted. Ellis really knows the neighborhoods, and his insight and persistence found us a wonderful home.
