Native New Yorker and Manhattan resident Elyse Gutman is driven by the thrill and satisfaction of finding someone a home. Elyse, who attended NYU and the New York School of Interior Design, has always had a keen sense of what works and what does not, and is always honest in voicing her opinion. In 2014, Elyse and Steve were awarded the esteemed designation of New York Residential Specialist (NYRS)by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She is also a RENI Certified Negotiation Expert. Prior to her moving to Manhattan in 1991, Elyse and her husband raised their two daughters in Great Neck. She and her husband were active members in YPO. They enjoy travel and especially vacationing in Italy. They have three grandchildren, who they love spending their spare time with exploring the city and enjoying Central Park. Elyse started her real estate career in 1995 and has made Corcoran her home since 1998. Since joining The Corcoran Group she has been a continuous member of Corcoran's Multi-Million Dollar Club. In 2002, Elyse's husband, Steve, joined Corcoran and they have since formed The Gutman Team. In the past several years the team has been responsible for selling over $100,000,000 of properties earning them a place in the top 2% of NRT (the nation’s largest residential real estate company, of which Corcoran is a part) Sales Associates.
