Manny did everything he could to get me and my fiancé into our first home. We understood the market was against us being first time home buyers with a budget under $250,000, but Manny did everything he could to get us into a home. He was very prompt and anytime we requested a showing he was there the same day. Manny went to bat for us and we got our first home at the best price possible. We are so thankful for him and would recommend his service to any first time or repeat homebuyer!

If you want your house sold Emanuel is the person to get the job done. He came in with a detailed plan that outline the neighborhood. He adjusted to some minor details and stayed professional. Would highly recommend.

We cannot thank Emanuel enough for doing what he did to help find us our dream home. Not only was he determined, he was responsive, dedicated, professional, courteous, flexible and personal. Emanuel went above and beyond for us and never lost the fire he had, even after almost 7 months of searching for the right home for us. Any time we needed him or had any questions, he was quick to respond. When he felt something wasn't right for us, he was honest about it. He got the time to know us and know what we like. Just purchased our first home with Emanuel as our real estate agent, and couldn’t be happier to have him throughout the process. Being military, we were wanted someone who specialized in military relocation, so the transition would be better for us, and he did exactly that. He was very responsive, helpful, and always had amazing energy, which made him so great to work with. He made everything super simple and feel that he found my family and I the perfect home.
