If you are looking for someone that is very knowledgeable and that will go above and beyond for you, look no further. Emanuel made our homebuying process SIMPLE and EASY! Homebuying can be a huge headache. I know a few people personally that were really stressed out during their home buying process, that's because they didn't have the luxury of having Emanuel as their realtor like we did! I need to say that with Emanuel on our side I really had no stress! Emanuel is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly he really listened to our needs. He also only showed us properties in the areas that we only wanted our home to be in. Emanuel was not pushy like many others out there, instead he was paitent and understanding. He assured us that we will find a home in our preferred area, even in this hot market that we are in today and he definitely delivered on his promise. As soon as a listing came up, he would immediately reach out to us and ask us if that was something we are interested in. As soon as we said yes he would drop everything and show us the property same day. This high quality trait that Emanuel has is a must for any realtor, but especially in this market. He always puts his clients first and I really respect that about him. When it came to setting up the home inspection and WDO inspection, Emanuel had that set up and rushed. The inspections were done within 2 days of going under contract, this is such a huge step in the homebuying process and essential to get done as soon as possible, and he did that with ease. He communicated very well our needs with sellers agent,our loan officer, our home insurance agent, and others throughout the whole home buying process, Emanuel was on top of his game at all times and his communication with all parties was top notch! He also shopped our insurance quotes to take burdens off us, and this went so smoothly. He got us the best quotes available. I will highly recommend Emanuel to all of my friends, family, and anyone that is looking to buy a property. Its difficult to find an amazing realtor like Emanuel Shllaku but it's even harder to find a better person than Emanuel!!! I referred Emanuel to my parents to go over options on selling their current home and buying a new one. Emanuel was very informative and he explained the process and made it incredibly easy for them to understand. He never pressured them in any way, and he was so patient and understanding to their goals and desires. Searching for a home with Emanuel as my realtor was a great experience. From seeing multiple homes on the same day after 5pm to driving from the beaches to mandarin because I wasnt sure what area I wanted to be in. He was very patient with my decision making while also reminding me about the market we are currently in. He is very knowledgable about Jacksonville, negotiations and everything leading up to the closing. Most importantly, he listened to my “wish list” and showed me homes that hit the nail on the head. I found my dream home and from start finish the process was as stress free as it can be because I had a great realtor.

This was by far one of the best renting experiences I have ever had. I am willing to bet this experience will never happen again with another landlord. He felt like family and at the same time kept things professional. I have experienced renting from college landlords all the way to high-end apartment landlords and Emanuel was by far the best.
We only ever had two issues (both being out of his control and our fault) and he answered his phone promptly and showed up within an hour. When we wanted to change something with the house exterior (the house was already beautiful) or the lease he was welcoming to the change.
He even gave us personal birthday cards by hand and if we needed to change the dates for the rent due to our jobs helped us with that process.
If we stay in Jacksonville we will definitely be going through the home buying process with him.

Best real estate agent I work with in Jacksonville. I had the opportunity to work with about 15 prior to Emmanuel. A lot of real estate agents don't understand numbers and can't come up quickly with numbers right on the spot when they see a property in terms of evaluation, what needs to be improved, what it's likely to go for in the rental market. The entire home buying process from start to finish was absolutely painless thanks to Emanuel's help.
