Me and my wife were first time home buyers and Emanuel helped us SO much. Emanuel “Manny” Valladares is just the person you want in this market. He was patient as we searched for the perfect new home, and when the right one came up he moved quickly to get our offer in. He was diligent about getting our questions answered and guided us through the process as first-time home buyers. Right after entering escrow, we went on a two-week vacation, leaving everything in Manny’s very capable hands. We always say: the devil works hard, but Manny works harder! Emanuel Valladares just helped my boyfriend and I buy our first place ever (terrifying but so exciting) ! We ended up buying a condo in Mission Valley but he showed us so many different areas at various price points along the way in order to get a feel of what checked all our boxes within a realistic/achievable price. I needed to be spoon fed information every step of the way and he delivered and didn’t make me feel dumb or silly for all the questions. Highly recommend Emanuel!

Emmanuel is a great realtor! He has very good communication skills and is very knowledgeable with the San Diego housing market. He spent a lot of time with me in the search of a home that best met my needs which I greatly appreciated. He didn’t pressure me to purchase a home that wasn’t quite what I wanted. Emanuel Valladares is a super star real estate professional. He is friendly, outgoing, hard working and is a breath of fresh positive energy. From the start, his patience and authentic care for what I was really looking for in a first home, was crystal clear. He listened attentively and only sent me/ took me to showings that met the (detailed and specific) criteria that were my must haves. I never felt pressured to buy or that he just wanted to make a sale. He genuinely cared about my happiness in finding what would eventually become home and photography studio. In the end, he led me to take a look at a listing I had skipped/overlooked because he felt it spoke to my needs. He was 100% on point in that the moment I walked in to the condo, I was in love. It was breathtaking and everything I was hoping for. When we decided to put in an offer, he handed it with care and diligence, always staying on top of the overwhelming mountain of details and hurdles that come with the escrow process. We ended up with a not so pleasant listing agent (Redfin.... booooo) who was often non responsive when ever we reached out to learn more about the property or gain access, yet Emanuel didn’t let that stop our process. He handed that listing agent’s issues with the perfect balance of grace and firm expectations. He also helped me laugh a lot though the hurdles of the inspection process! When all was said and done, Emanuel celebrated with us, the closing and success of finding a beautiful new home. I feel blessed to have worked with Emanuel and have gained not just a trusted realtor, through the process, but a lifelong dear friend. I encourage you to work with Emanuel. You will be more than satisfied!
