In a market that can so often create high levels of emotion, she’s there to be the anchor for her clients to keep them steady throughout the home search. I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and partner in my journey to buy a house in this unprecedented time in the housing market!! Emilee is absolutely AMAZING!! She's incredibly reliable and responsive, there was never a time I couldn't get ahold of her and she was regularly checking in with me, which made me feel like she was really IN it with me. She would even send me ideas/links to Pinterest boards, products, services, FB Marketplace finds etc... that would help me envision how I could make a particular house work for my needs when maybe I couldn't see it myself. She is creative in a way that I wasn't expecting, she came up with several interesting ways to help my offer/bid unique and stand out amongst the many competitors in multiple offer situations. She is always positive and never pushy. She knows when to provide advice and guidance and when to stay neutral and help YOU make the choice that feels right for you. She is flexible and ready to pivot when needed, she rolls with the punches and doesn't let setbacks bring her, or you, down. She is truly genuine and in your corner and you can really feel how invested she is in finding you a home that will make you happy. She will be the representative that you want her to be and push for you to get the best deal (I closed $20K UNDER asking price in this crazy Covid housing market... which is pretty much unheard of!).
