Anthony was great. He helped me find my first home and hustle to help me close on it.
There was a small hiccup early in the process though, which I wish I could forget but I can't. Thus the 4 stars.
The seller's agent wanted 1.5% of the commission, instead of splitting the 2% commission equally between them, leaving Anthony with 0.5%. I received a phone call one day and it was Anthony telling me that I have to pay for the other 0.5%. Being a first-time homebuyer, I had never heard of something like that and when I told him that I'll have to talk to my counselor and get back to him he puts Emilio on the phone. Emilio is your typical car salesman and he kept saying that I'll have to make up the difference, I am required to do so etc. When I told him I'll get back to him after I speak with my counselor he became even more aggressive. Long story short, I speak with my counselor and she informs me that I don't have to pay anything. I was in tears because I felt I was being bullied. That whole situation left a really bad taste but I decided to give Anthony a chance and I do have to say that after all this, he did hustle and I'm grateful. Emilio...I'm just glad I didn't have to deal with him.

Needed to sell my Co-op and was experiencing slow to little service from my original listing agent.
Luckily Emilio Estevez was referred to me by someone who had a good experience with him.
I reached out to him and he got to business almost immediately. He knew the market , was familiar with the ins and outs of co-op sales. I saw the results of his knowledge very quickly.
He guided me and made suggestions that were truly helpful.
He set himself a time frame and I was very pleased when he was able to get my place in bayside into closing and we are doing that in 3 days from this review.
Highly HIGHLY recommend him. He knows his job and does it very professionally! Call him if your selling , or buying you too will be a happy client.

Anthony was an amazing real estate agent. When you are with others you have to watch out and check every action to see if they are 100% caring and doing it for you. With Anthony he put his heart into selling my house. It was as if it was his own house, no random people showing up or contacting me or bad schedules. Everything was in a timely manner regular updates and Anthony always answers his phone no matter the time. He is very respectful and uses all the resources he has on his hands and goes further and beyond to meet your goal. In a competitive market my house was sold in less than a year. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and dedicated to what they are doing I fully reccomend this gentlemen. He fully respects your time, convinience, and cultural regulations while being your agent.

Emilio was exceptional in every step of our home buying. He made a very impressive and knowledgeable presentation on how we should go about listing our condo, which we had to sell in order to buy, and the comparables involved. He gave sound advice on the staging needed and what we should (and should not do) to prepare compelling photos and video for the listing. There was an open house (or two) during which he gave prospective buyers informed and passionate recommendations on why they may be a good fit for our sale property. Along the way, he accompanied me and my wife as we were looking for our house. He was a terrific sounding board for the two of us as we debated pros and cons of various places. When we were decided on a new home, he arranged for the inspector, as well as attorney, who each did their job very well. Additionally, he had a great rapport with the selling agent which I’m sure helped things go smoothly. As lengthy as this review may seem, it is in fact describing only a fraction of the work that Emilio and his business partner Richard did to get me and my family into our new house. They are amazing agents and just good people at heart. I highly recommend them if you are buying or selling property.

Where can i start with this review. I have to say we were very nervous to sell our first home and move to another state because my husband and I were retiring. We had a few realtors come to our home and give us their presentation but when we met Emilio we were sold. Emilio was so good to us we had to go with him. He treated us like family, he kept us from worrying all the time about what is going on with the sale if our home. Emilio kept saying to everytime i call him driving him crazy with his calm voice he says Michelle i got you guys stop worrying. Please know he really did have us. Everything went so well with the sale of our home. I will highly reccomend Emilio and his firm to anyone who wants to sell their home and you won't be disappointed if i could give him a million stars he will get it. Now let me tell you Emilio went beyond what he was supposed to do. He sold our home for us but he also reccomended a great realtor in Florida who was the prieto group who took us around until we founded where we were going to build our new home. Lets back up a little my husband credit wasn't up to par to get our new home and Emilio jumped right on it and gave us a guy who was able to fix my husband credit and get us to be able to buy our new home. Emilio stuck with us until we were all moved into our new home. Emilio is an exceptional person. I could go on and on about him but i think everyone will get exactly what i am saying. Please make sure you give him the opportunity to help you sell your home or buy a new one you will definitely not be disappointed. Emilio is truly a gem. He has all the attributes you would want from someone who is in the real estate business, and most importantly is his ability to provide you with the knowledge that you need to make the right decisions.

From NYC, Emilio referred me to a KW real estate agent in Charlotte, NC as I was trying to sell my house all the way from Florida. He not only put me together with a very knowledgeable agent, but he also walked me through some of the processes and what to expect since it was the first time I was selling a home.
