It was such a delight working with Emily to find our starter home! As a result of COVID, the market was extremely competitive when we were looking to buy and homes were being scooped off the market via cash offers left and right. However, Emily always insisted that we remain optimistic and patient. In the end this optimism and patience paid off as we found a great home in one of the areas we were interested in living, at a great price. Furthermore, it was very informative doing walk-throughs of prospective homes with Emily as she has a wealth of insight about the structure and upkeep of homes and what to look out for beyond the mere aesthetics of a property. 10/10 would recommend her!
