Buying your first home can be stressful, it’s a lot to learn. Emily simplified and assisted during the process and was always knowledgeable, quick to respond, and helpful in every way. She even had a baby on my closing day and still made sure every thing was running smoothly. Thanks Emily!

My fiancé and I are so grateful for our amazing experience with Emily and finding our first home. We found our first home with Emily in October 2020, during the pandemic when prices were rising. Emily did an wonderful job of selecting homes for us to look at that was in our price range and catered to our needs. She was extremely punctual, responsive, and communicative throughout our entire process. All the while, Emily was 8-9 months pregnant during this process and even after she had her baby boy, she stayed in contact with us. We finally closed paying zero closing costs on a home that we absolutely love and have made so many beautiful memories in already. Emily truly has a passion for helping people. In such a competitive business and time, it is so refreshing to have someone so honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Emily Sullivan is that and more. We look forward to using Emily in the future when we sell our home, and purchase our forever home.

Emily is the absolute best at what she does! Being a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous and didn’t necessarily know all that I was getting myself into. Emily stepped in and was able to answer every question that I had from start to finish, which was a lot! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and goes the extra mile for her clients, whether it’s answering phone calls/texts at any hour of the day, making sure our offer was competitive, and most importantly, making sure we landed in the home and area that we were looking for.
