Emily M. Boucher

My name is Emily M. Boucher, real estate broker / owner of Due North Realty. And I am passionate about real estate! I strive to connect with my clients, truly getting to know them and their real estate needs. Whether it's working with first time homebuyers, helping a growing family transition to a larger home, or working with commercial investors to find the right opportunity…I can help!

I currently serve members of my local association and community through our local Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee as chair (2022 - present). I also represented my local association at the NYSAR DEI Committee (state level) in 2023 & 2024 and became Vice-Chair in 2025. I am also on the NYSAR Fair Housing & Cultural Diversity Committee (2024 - present).

I am native to the North Country, being raised in Plattsburgh. I attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh as a political science major. Prior to my real estate career, I served the residents of Clinton County in retail customer service and management since 2002. Having worked with the public for over twenty years, I have extensive experience in communicating with peoples of all backgrounds.
