In this market, you need an agent who is willing and able to be on call for you or you’ll miss the deal . Emily’s that agent . Wether it was early morning calls or late night texts , she would always answer . An 8pm call led to an 8:45 pm showing and that landed me my new home. You want results ? Take my advice and choose Emily as your agent .

This realtor is very good and very smart. She helped me with the purchase of a property, the seller was very difficult but Emilly negotiate for me with the seller. A good negotiator and always doing her best to save money to her clients. If you want to buy for less or sell for more and you want a smart, professional, communicative and honest realtor, then Emily Rodriguez is the person to go to. I am a very picky buyer but Emily was very patient and took care of the deal from the beginning until the end to my full satisfaction.
