Emily Stephen leads a commercial real estate team serving Columbus and Central Ohio, specializing in retail, office, industrial, and land opportunities. She represents business owners and investors in leasing, acquisitions, and sales, with a focus on identifying opportunities early and negotiating strong terms. Her work includes site selection, investment properties, owner user acquisitions, and commercial land and mixed use projects. She takes a proactive approach, structuring deals, anticipating challenges, and keeping momentum through closing.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Emily has lived in Dublin for 10 years and believes in the continued growth and opportunity across Central Ohio. She serves on the Commercial Education Committee for Columbus Realtors and as a Director for Ohio Realtors. In addition to her commercial work, she also assists business owners with their residential real estate needs as their goals evolve.
