I purchased a home back in 2016 and Eneida was with me every step of they way so of course when I decided to sell and buy a different home in 2020, I reached out to her again. Eneida doesn’t disappoint. She sold my home In 4 days for much more than I had anticipated. She’s professional, trustworthy, and responsive. I trust her so much she has helped my parents close on their home as well as my aunt and uncle. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s much more than just a realtor.

Eneida Cortes was our realtor to help us buy our first house. She walked hand in hand with us through the entire process of buying our first home. She always understood what we needed and wanted in our home. She is very responsive and very good communicator. She always made sure it we did not get stressed out through the process. I was in the market to purchase a home in central Florida and was referred to use Eneida as a realtor. Coming from NYC was nerve racking but Eneida held our hand every step of the way and reassured us of our purchase. She went to bat with us with the sales agent and our builder to make sure our house was built to our liking. She also updated us more than our sales agent did. I highly recommend Eneida as your future realtor. You’d be a fool not to use here.
