Eric watched as everyone around him seemed to have their plan figured out. Everyone knew what they wanted to do with their lives after high school. He had a vision of how his life would turn out, but he did not know how he was going to get there. At times he felt lost and that his path would never become illuminated. His girlfriend (now wife) pushed him to finally get his license. Real Estate was all that he would talk about, and she just wanted him to stop, or follow his dreams. He has not stopped running since the moment he passed his exams and set at his nice new desk for the first time. Becoming a Realtor has been one of the best decisions of his life. It has opened so many doors for him and has allowed him to meet some of the closest people in his life.

He believes that real estate is not simply about winning client over, collecting the commission, and moving on. He believes in educating families on the current housing market and presenting the various options they must make their Real Estate dreams come true.

His greatest accomplishment is becoming a father. He has an amazing daughter, and she is his world. He strives to be the best version of himself each day to make her proud. He takes what he does in his business very seriously because he wants to teach her that helping people and caring about people is a very serious responsibility and it is our duty to help others. There are a million Realtor’s (well it feels like that sometimes) out there, and there is only ONE Real Estate Shark. He promises to treat you like family and help you start the next chapter of your life.

Yes, he is selling Real Estate, but his business is People. Because it’s more than just a roof over your head!
