Eric was amazing to work with. He is not in the business to get ‘the sale’ he is 100% about the best interest of his clients. He was beyond patient and truly listened to what we were saying. His priority was to allow us to find OUR home, not just a home. He was professional, helpful and so much fun to work with. Every issue that came up he was right there to work it out. We are so grateful to Eric for walking through this process with us getting our dream home. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Working with Eric was such a great experience! He is communicative, proactive, seasoned, and well connected. He actively sent homes and worked around my calendar. When I started to get desperate, he calmed me down and always had my best interest in mind. Other realtors pressured me into signing an exclusive agreement, which I hate, so I chose the realtor who didn’t care about that. He only cared that I find the best home for my family. Whether he found it or not. In the end, it was his hard work and persistence that found my perfect home. So grateful for his partnership!

I can personally vouch for Eric Blackburn's professionalism and expertise. He can do it all. Looking for a home to live in? Ask Eric. Looking to invest? Ask Eric. Can't find a lender? Ask Eric. Selling and need tips to improve the price? Ask Eric. Need repairs before you sell? Ask Eric. As I said, he can do it all. I am passionate about Eric because my family was wasting money renting and now, thanks to Eric, we have a wonderful home for less than the rent cost and picked up a friend along the way.
