Eric Boehm

Eric has been allowed two of the greatest opportunities in life. The first is to love what he does for a living and the second is to have been trained by a person whom he has more respect for than he can put into words. His Mom! As the son of a single parent, Eric spent countless hours with his mom shadowing her in her very successful real estate career since he was nine years old. At the age of eighteen, Eric obtained his Real Estate license and at the age of twenty-one he moved to Tracy California from Pleasanton and opened their second Real Estate location.

By the late 90's Eric was fortunate enough to have peers who believed in his abilities to create a Real Estate team that was based not solely on production, but rooted in Ethics, Honesty, and Trust. With the help of his team, years of steady growth in sales volume obtained through referrals, repeat business, innovative marketing and nurtured relationships, their Real Estate team earned and was recognized as one of the top teams in the world in 2007 and 2008 by Coldwell Banker for closed Transactions. The downturn in the market created opportunities to open another company where he could buy and sell distressed properties from 2009 to present and learn more about real estate than he had ever expected too.

Boehm and Associates Real Estate is Truly a family business, from once working with his mother and now having the opportunity to run an office with his brother Ernie Boehm. Eric is truly excited to see great improvements in their marketplace and take his business into the next decade.
