Eric R. Cogdill is a value base realtor in the Fresno, Clovis, and Madera area which is located in the heart of California's Central Valley. His realtor status among his clients and fellow realtors is best known for his power of persuasion and service after the sale skills. With over 44 years of real estate experience, Eric makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for all of his valued clients.

As to customer service, Eric bases his actions on this very simple idea he learned from Zig Ziggler. "You will get everything in life you want if you will just help others get what they want". A you before me model is a winning combination.

Eric began his successful career in real estate in 1979, working for Walker & Lee in Southern California selling residential homes in Anaheim Hills. Then he moved to the Fresno area and linked up with London Properties which is the largest and most progressive Real Estate Company in the Valley.

The move to Fresno has allowed Eric to branch out into other areas of value for his clients, investment, farms, land, and multi-family. I truly am impressed with what the valley has to offer.

Eric is a family man first and is passionate about his wife of over 44 years, all three of his children, and grandchildren. Ozzie and Minnie are a close second, his Australian shepherds.

Eric has a contagious enthusiasm for life and his life shows it. He is always up for any challenge and loves it when someone says that something can't be done. "If you cannot fabricate you are dead." can be heard being said by him when the tough time comes.
