Eric Cuevas is truly an expert in his field and is definitely very knowledgeable. He made our first home-buying experience a great one! He negotiated well, paid attention to every detail and was certainly proactive. He was very patient throughout the process and ensured we got the house that my husband and I wanted. Eric was referred to us by friends and we will be referring him to others! We are not quick decision-makers and in this market that can be a problem. Eric was helpful with our many questions, patient as we narrowed our search, and helped us understand the current real estate market.
