It is because of Eric's hard work we have our new home. If it hadn't been for Eric's thinking outside the box we would not be living in a house we could afford. It checked almost all our boxes, for what we wanted and are now so grateful to own.

Could not have asked for a better Real Estate mentor! As a new broker in the industry here at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties in Taos, NM, Eric has dedicated countless hours towards helping me get up to speed in todays fast paced world of real estate. To begin, Eric has provided much insight into all of the technology that realtors can take full advantage to help sellers market and get the most value out of their property, and help buyers fully understand the market, including all that goes into buying a home. Every time I have question about anything at all, Eric is quick to drop whatever he is doing and goes out of his way to provide an answer, and if he's busy he'll call me back almost immediately.
