Eric Green

Eric Green is an accomplished agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. A Philadelphia native, Eric has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Philadelphia area and specializes in buying and selling, investment properties. luxury homes and multi-residential properties. Eric obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bucknell University. He then spent over 20 years in finance as a Managing Director for various Wall Street banks and co-founder of a hedge fund. Now he brings his passion, his negotiation skills, and sharp attention to detail to help buyers and investors in a highly focused search for their new home and/or investment and to help sellers get the most value for their home and/or investment. As an experienced agent and investor, himself, Eric understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of his clients through this process as a true privilege. Eric is a member of PAR, NAR, BCAR, and currently serves on the board of the Central Bucks Wrestling Federation. Along with his service in the community, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Angelique, and watching his three young boys participate in soccer, wrestling, lacrosse, and being boys!
