Eric Hassan

Born and raised in Hancock Park, Eric Hassan had a love for all things Los Angeles and all facets of real estate instilled in him at a young age.

Beginning his career at Coldwell Banker, Hassan teamed with Barbara Tenenbaum a decade ago at the start of his career, and moved to Hilton & Hyland in 2008 on his birthday, following Ms. Tenenbaum to the brokerage, where the duo have continued to enjoy success together.

Clients attribute his success and warm nature to his charm, quick wit, and ability to put clients instantly at ease as the leading reasons they have worked with him time and time again. His energetic style combined with his incomparable knowledge of the area’s trends and real estate scene leave clients lauding his prime convergence of a laid-back style when appropriate, but an assertive management approach when necessary.

Hassan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Communications, where he also played Division One volleyball.

He lives in West Hollywood, and his hobbies include beach volleyball, riding motorcycles, and cooking.
