My wife and I met Eric at an open house as we began our search for a new home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were truly seeking in a new home. We did not have a local agent at the time as we were soon moving to the area and quickly vaulted Eric to the top of the list. He followed up when he said he was going to and soon become our go to person for investigating potential homes in the area given we could not see them ourselves.

Eric went above and beyond in every facet of the process and eventually we found a great new build home in North Scottsdale which will be ready in the fall. Eric was incredibly thorough along the way and really sought to ensure we were informed and comfortable during every step. As I look back at it now, we were very fortunate to meet Eric as we did as he turned out to be the MVP of our home search process. Moreover, we consider him a friend and someone who genuinely cares for his client’s well-being and satisfaction.
