Eric was first introduced to us by a bank. Even though we decided not to finance with the bank we got a good impression of Eric and decided to continue to work with him. Being a fellow veteran he was helpful in getting sellers to look more favorably at our VA loan. He provided excellent insight through his market comparisons which helped to make competitive offers. Although we lost out on a few houses due to our financial limitations, Eric never lost patience and continued to show us many houses. He helped us to get a nice house in Middle Village, which we never considered to begin with. We found out about the area and the highly rated school PS49 because he actually had family attending the school and as a bonus, it made our commute much shorter too. We really appreciate Eric for his dedication and expertise and would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Eric!

Eric is an honest, reliable, and wonderful realtor. He worked with us to sell our house and helped us on every step of the process. He was always on top of things, followed up as needed, and educated us on the selling process. We could always reach him when we had questions. His commission rate was very competitive and a no nonsense person. We put great trust in him to sell our house and we were very happy with the results. We highly recommend him for anyone thinking of buying or selling house.

Eric has been very helpful during our house search. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. He stayed by us as we started house searching in December until we finally purchased in June. He stayed by us when we waited outside houses for hours in the freezing cold for open houses. He offered helpful insight and positive prospects when it seemed impossible to find a house in this crazy time. I definitely recommend him.
