Eric Johnson

Eric started working in a real estate office at the age of fourteen as a janitor for his father’s office. Upon graduating from Washington State University, he started working on office computers and helping train agents. In 1995 he obtained his real estate license and began a sales career helping the agents in the office with technology. By the late 90's Eric started selling full-time up through 2003. At that time, his family acquired a former competitor in the marketplace requiring him to get his broker’s license where he managed with the former owner until 2006.

From 2006 to 2012, he managed the office until his family business merged with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson in the same market where he is employed. During this time Eric has taught new agents, coordinated relocation staff and efforts, advised on technology for agents and helped clients buy and sell their homes. Eric continues to have a passion for real estate and the lifestyle and investment opportunities it offers.
