When my agent went on vacation Eric stepped up to help me find a property to purchase. He was very friendly and helpful. Was diligent in searching viewings for me and helpful with responses to questions I had. I would recommend Eric for any real estate needs you have.

Eric Kavert from Keller Williams realty was great. I tried to sell my house last year to no avail. Don’t know if it was the agent or the time of year. I was weary to the fact of trying to sell again so soon. He contacted us when I wasn’t even looking for an agent and he was honest and straightforward. Eric told us that he could sell our house for us really quick, even though I had my doubts from the previous try. Before the house was on the market he already had potential buyers set up to view the house. Within a weeks time, we had offers and one that was over our asking price. Eric said he charges 6%, which I was told was high, but the work he put in to get it sold was worth it. Friendly and communicated all that was needed to sell in a timely manner. He worked around our needs and I never felt ignored. Had a great experience.
