ERIC KWAN

Born in San Francisco, Eric Kwan spent 10 years working in Hong Kong before returning to the United States and settling in Los Angeles. He became a licensed real estate professional and sold $10 million worth of real estate in his first year alone. This achievement distinguished him as a top performing agent at his brokerage. Additionally, in early 2022, Eric was recognized as a member of the top 20% of all California agents.

Prior to pursuing a career as a real estate professional, Eric worked as a capital markets bond broker. Through this position, he developed strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
