Eric is a fine gentleman. He did a fantastic job. He lined up properties for viewing that were specific to what we were looking for. Working with Eric was awesome!
He really made us feel like we were his number one priority. I never felt pressured to buy something, and Eric has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any real estate questions as well as give advice for all the DIY project we were considering!

Have since refered him to several family members and friends, including my parents, and we will definitely use him in our next real estate transaction as well.

Eric Lang is a true professional. While inventory was low, Eric worked hard to find off market properties for us. He never quit working until we found a house that fits our needs. He was transparent, honest and ethical. Eric was interested in our well being, and not just a sale. He had no problems telling us "we could do better" when viewing houses. It took a while to finally close on a deal but Eric was patient with us and he always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him!!

I’ve used Eric for my past two homes to buy and sell and both times he’s went above and beyond for us.

Eric knows the market in selling and was able to get us exactly what we wanted for the house.
When we purchased our new build he was able to step in answering questions and working with the company to move items around so we didn’t have to spend extra on closing costs.

If any family or friends needs to sell or purchase I always will give him Eric’s number/email.

We will always go to him first once we are ready to sell again!

Eric went above and beyond my expectations as a relotor. He took all the stress of looking for a house away by being able to work with my time schedule, finding houses that would fulfill all my needs, my price range, and distance I was willing to move. Forget spending hours upon hours a day on zillow or realtor.com. Eric was there for me 24/7 and from the very start of my search till the end at closing. 5 stars.
