Eric Lin has resided in the Central Virginia Region for over 40 years and comes to United Real Estate with over 20 years of experience in real estate, sales & marketing and business development. An engineer by education and entrepreneur by practice, Eric brings a professional, innovative and unique skill set to the projects and endeavors he engages in. Eric works in both residential and commercial real estate as well as consults as a business development consultant. As a husband and father of 3 children, Eric firmly believes in strong relationships and community building. He serves on numerous boards and is deeply committed to the community and his professional and community experience has resulted in a wide network of resources for the benefit of his clients.
