I’ve known Eric for some time now and have been discussing using his experience to sell our house. We were looking to place our house on the market in the fall. After sitting down with Eric and hearing his market research, area trends and his social media marketing plan we decided to put our home on the market in May. Eric’s experience/success was obvious. Eric was unparalleled during our search for a home/lot. He was always two steps a head of my husband and me. He presented property that he knew we would like before we even saw it on the market. He would set up appointments within 24 hours to see the listing. Eric was quite impressive; He is on the cutting edge of knowing the market. He was knowledgeable about the construction of houses, as well as, the assessment of lots for building homes. He had excellent communications skills, great follow through and was extremely easy to work with throughout the housing hunting journey.
Recently, we purchased a beautiful lot with Eric as our agent. Since the purchase of our lot, Eric is connecting us with architects, builders and loan officers to start the building process for our new house. We will be hiring Eric as our selling agent once we are ready to sell our current house to move into our beautiful new home.
