Eric McQuistion

Eric is the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of G&M Properties. He was born in Tiffin, Ohio, and raised in Muncie, Indiana, and because of that is a die hard Colts fan.... Go Colts! When Eric was a child he had fond memories of the rental properties that his Mom owned and the visits to the Ice Cream Dairy Bar on the corner when we would go to inspect and do the repairs! After school he joined the United States Navy where he was stationed aboard the USS Yorktown in Norfolk Va as a member of the Dept of Naval Intelligence. After the Navy he lived in SW Florida for 14 years before moving to Upstate NY. In Rochester Eric worked in the Telecommunications industry where he & Mike met and worked together for several years. In 2012 Mike & Eric met at a local Wendy's and started the wheels in motion of opening a Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management company which today is G&M Properties. Eric is the type of person with the drive and tenacity to get the job done right the first time, and the ethics and standards to do it all while not sacrificing his morals and values instilled in his by his parents! He is a Husband, a Veteran, and a father of 5 beautiful children, and strives everyday to be a role model to each one of them!
