A native of Columbia, SC, with BS and Law degrees from the University of South Carolina, and a veteran of the US Air Force, I am leveraging a career of helping global companies relocate their operations to new locations across the United States, to helping friends and strangers alike, find their new homes in South Carolina!

I have developed strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, while working with government officials, investors, and stakeholders. All are critical skills for successfully navigating the regulatory bureaucracy that can hinder buying or selling real estate.
