We just recently worked with Eric to sell my grandmother's home and our experience could not have been better. Eric was able to work with my family in getting the house staged and listed. He is very friendly and personable and understood how difficult it was for us to be selling the home. He made this process so easy and was in communication with us throughout. But from his very impressive pre listing presentation until the close of escrow, Eric was there to answer any questions and always responded promptly to our enquiries. Eric is an incredible realtor who we would recommend to anyone who wants to sell their home for top dollar! We sold our home in Mission Viejo in November 2020 for 50k over asking with Eric as our realtor. He gave us honest advice on what to do to prepare our home for market and gave us a great referral for a local contractor who did fantastic work for us that we believe helped us get better offers. After using Eric 4 years ago when transferring to California, we knew that we would turn to him when we decided to sell and purchase another home. Our journey to our new home was full of stops and starts with Eric being professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Eric was there to answer any question, calm our nerves and be our go to guy. He talked to us to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted in our new home. We sold our home in record time and we found the perfect house. We love our new home. Eric was patient in allowing us to look at every house we asked to see. I can guarantee that he knew when we fell in love with our new house. Moving is a very stressful process and Eric did everything he could to handle things that came up and only getting us involved when he needed to. Eric is incredible and very thorough! It only took two weeks to find me a place and I was able to get approved for a perfect Condo for me and my daughter. He made sure the rental agreement was fair for me and the owner of the property. He was very professional and he went above and beyond to find out certain details that I needed to know before I moved in.
I'm so thankful for all of his help with finding my place. He's an awesome Realtor.

Eric is a lifesaver! He has assisted us with renting our townhome on three occasions and has made the entire process easy! He is upbeat, knowledgeable and reliable. My wife and I used to take care of the rental process ourselves which included: obtaining bids and selecting the right contractors to fix up the townhouse, running adds, screening potential tenants, showing the property, running credit checks and preparing rental agreements. With both of us working full time, this process was very time consuming and our townhome was vacant for longer than we wanted. Plus sometimes we ended up renting to tenants who were not suitable.
But when Eric Nabors assisted with the process he took over all the tasks with ease. He is so detail- oriented and such a hard worker that we have been able to find quality tenants in record time.

Eric is a true professional and deserves every one of the maximum five stars I am able to rate. I have the pleasure of being able to say I have worked with Eric as a buyer and a seller - and he is excellent at both ends. His experience, responsiveness, and attention to detail was truly appreciated by my wife and I during a corporate relocation where timing was everything.

Eric respects how stressful these life events are, especially in our case when we were moving with two young children 100 miles away to start a new job. He makes communication easy by replying quickly to ALL emails, texts, and calls. Also, he was very confident in his knowledge of the market, and ran his playbook exactly like he said he would. The result? Selling our home quicker than expected - no hiccups.

Last but certainly not least, during a time where many people are coming and going in our home, with doors opening and closing all the time, Eric made sure to keep us up dated on the wellbeing of our 5th family member Charlie, a 13 year old chocolate lab :) THANK YOU ERIC!
