I am originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, but have lived in the Central Florida area for the past 25 years. I attended University High school in Orlando, Seminole CC and the University of Central Florida. I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and avid bowler having bowled 4 sanctioned 300 games. I enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including swimming, hiking and participating in 5K and half marathons.

I have over 15 years of customer service experience. Many of those as a restaurant manager working on Walt Disney World property. This gives me the unique ability to work very hard, endure long hours and to understand and exceed customer expectations.
