Eric Pagan has been a licensed real estate professional for over twenty-eight years. But his love of and interest in New York City and Connecticut goes well beyond his expertise as one of the city’s (and surrounding counties) most seasoned agents. Eric was born and raised in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. For nearly four decades, he’s witnessed the enormous change, gentrification, and development that has made New York City one of the most recognized cities in the world — for its diversity, rich culture, and safe, beautiful neighborhoods.
Eric graduated from SUNY College with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and the Police Management Institute at Columbia University’s School of Business. His early interest in real estate sprung from his curiosity about the city’s historical and architectural icons, the beautiful homes that decorate the neighborhoods, and the people who choose to live within its parameters.
Beginning his real estate career at one of the country’s most recognized firms and owning his own real estate company, opening his first office in Waterbury, CT, in 2004, and his second office in Brooklyn, NY, in 2008, gives Eric a distinct advantage when it comes to advising his clients. His unique perspective and expert knowledge of the individual neighborhoods in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, Westchester & Orange Counties, in addition to New Haven County & Hartford County, CT, enable him to find clients and investor clients, their perfect homes or investment properties — one that suits their specific needs and personality. That keen perspective has enabled him to recognize the best return on investment for his clients; Eric recognizes a "diamond in the rough."
Eric’s Motto: I know these cities. With my expertise as a real estate professional and dedication, I take pride in protecting my client’s interests and developing a plan that best serves their needs. Whether it’s managing, buying, selling, or renting, my goal is the same: To listen and guide them toward making an informed decision — the best one for them, their families, and their future.
