I had an absolutely wonderful and easy experience with Eric Patino. He helped me find my first home and it was perfect. He fought for me to make sure that me and my wife got the best deal possible to the dollar! He was always available to answer questions, no matter the time and was also able to help me find the right mortgage company. Thank you Eric!!! I am absolutely enjoying my first home.
