Eric always exceeds expectations. Five years ago I had to sell her house after I was only in it for year and he sold it in a week with a $36,000 profit.

Flash forward five years I put my house on the market at 8 AM by 3 PM I have a full price offer with no closing costs.

I needed to sell a house from an estate that was not nearby. It was a challenge from the beginning. Eric was wonderful. He explained things, procedures, plans etc. He used technology so that I was able to accept the bid while on vacation. He kept me informed, which I appreciate. He went out of his way to make sure the closing happened on time while respecting my time limitations. He is a great realtor and a nice guy.

Eric is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate business. I was impressed that he has such broad knowledge from lending to building.
He seems to understand the whole process and was very instrumental in seeing the sale of the house through to closing.
He was responsive and kept me informed along the way. I also referred him to a friend who wanted to buy a house and they are excited to be living in their new home
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends !
