When hunting for the right real estate agent to sell our lovely Brookhaven home, I was looking for the balanced mix of neighborhood knowledge, professional experience and "get it done" mindset. After meeting Debbie Leonard and her team, the search was over - we had the found the perfect agent for us. Debbie and Eric have a fabulous team for staging, marketing and importantly selling homes. Their commitment to excellence ensures the home shows in optimal condition. It is a testament to what sets them apart. No matter what your home requires to make sure the right buyer will make offer (or offers!), Debbie and Eric will make the right recommendations to get it done. What we most appreciated about them was their ability to roll up their sleeves and do the work - from fixing a broken blind, replacing light bulbs, moving tables, adding touches to make it feel like it's the buyer's next home and so much more. Our home had a full-price offer in two days after it went on the market and we closed just a month later. Super appreciative to Debbie and Eric for their diligence and hard work! We couldn't have done it without you!

Eric was so helpful every step of the way. He helped us navigate the whole process of selling my house. We had several unforseen situations come up and he made sure everything was squared away and that we ultimately got the outcome we really wanted. Eric was recommended to me by my son and his wife who have worked with him on several sales and purchases and he did not disappoint. I would 100% work with him again in the future.
