Eric Saul

Eric Saul was raised in Chicago, Illinois. He obtained his liberal arts degree at Ohio Wesleyan University and his BS Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology. He worked as an Applications Sales Engineer for many years at companies like Motorola, Intel, Nikon, Zeiss, and Olympus Industrial among others.

With the downturn, he had to travel Monday through Friday for work and sometimes on the weekends. His daughter, age six at the time, said, "Dad, next time you come home, can you leave a picture because I forgot what you looked like?"

That catapulted him into real estate sales around 2004, which was an excellent time to start. Since that time, he has been able to help many investors make deals.

He now focuses on helping people find a home they can own. Sometimes it takes six months of working with them to fix issues on their taxes or credit, but he feels that his work is about adding value to society rather than just earning a commission and never assisting the client again. 'Client for life' is what he strives for. Eric has lived in Arizona for more than 20 years. He is married to Kelly and has a son and daughter as well as three dogs.
