About Eric

Like many interested buyers, I had been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for vacations and golf trips for more than 20 years. When some friends offered me an opportunity to stay with them until I could get settled, I made the move. I also took this opportunity to pursue a career in real estate. I have extensive customer service, operations, and management experience. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business minor from Lock Haven University and my Master's degree in Education in Sport Management, Business Concentration, from Millersville University. I always had an interest in real estate and decided to make my passion my career.

I live a few minutes from the North Carolina border and serve the Grand Strand area and Brunswick County coastal towns. As a licensed REALTOR in both North and South Carolina. I am also a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, Brunswick County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, I am an avid outdoorsman. If I'm not at the beach I am golfing, fishing, camping, or driving my Jeep with the doors off and the top down. I truly enjoy the lifestyle on the Carolina Coastline. The beach, intercoastal waterway, and river are minutes away not to mention plenty of unique entertainment and dining options. You can take it easy in the low country or head to historic downtown areas in the local cities.

I could not have chosen a better place to live and work and I look forward to helping others make the same move!
