I was referred to TC Orlando Homes by my credit unit. I worked with Eric, Maya, and Nina closely to sell my old house and buy a new one. The whole process was one disaster after another, none of which was the fault of TC Orlando, but they helped me with each one. The issues including appraisals, closing dates, buyers loan, and so much more.
Maya was a bulldog! She and Eric fought for us and helped us with every issue that came up, they answered all of our questions, and if they didn't know the answer they referred us to the right person to get the answer. I got bad news about the new house purchase at 7pm one night and I called Maya in a panic. She calmed me, listened to me, and was on the phone with the builders sales representative to get the issue fixed. I would normally never call her that late, but it was an emergent issue and she helped me and never once got annoyed that I called so late or did anything other than give me support and understanding.
Due to issues out of our control we had to sell our old house before closing on our new one and we had no place to keep our small personal watercraft. I mentioned it to Eric so when the buyers did their final walk through they were aware, he told me we could park it behind their office for a few days until we closed on our new property! Who does that?! THAT is going above and beyond for your customers. Nina works in the office and was responsible for asking for certain documents and notifying me of upcoming appraisals and inspections. She was always so friendly and promptly answered all of my questions. I don't think you can find a much better team to help you buy or sell your property.

We cannot imagine a better realty team than TC Orlando Homes! Every step of the way they provided great service, from letting us know what to improve on in the home to their knowledge of the market. Their promotional abilities were impressive, with a professional photography and video unit and both physical and virtual promotional materials. This was made especially apparent as we searched for homes to buy at the same time; we really recognized in comparison the inferiority of other selling agents, who put up subpar photographs or had no physical promotional flyers or videos. Mario and Eric were continuously responsive and available through phone or email, and they allow electronic signing of documents. Their negotiation skills were also strong. We received a full-price offer on the home within a week! After that, their team stayed communicative and pleasant, tying up all of the loose ends and facilitating a smooth closing. This was the first time we sold a home, and we feel grateful to have been referred to TC Orlando Homes. The team made the entire process painless.

I cannot say enough good things about Cassie! I am a first-time home buyer who connected with Cassie while serving overseas on military deployment. Despite my hectic schedule and long hours (and a seven hour time difference) Cassie was able to answer all of my crazy questions (and there were many) in such a short amount of time. When I got home she was able to meet with me immediately to start the process. She is thoughtful and attentive; she anticipated what my needs would be and made sure to always have a solution ready no matter what issues I might have. I needed my hand held, and she was able to guide my wife and me through all the complexities of finding a home to buy (always working with our schedules) and eventually walking us through, step by step, each and every process we encountered while under contract and up to closing. I always felt like Cassie's only client, even though I know she works with many other people throughout her day I was always made to feel like every question, every deadline, and every milestone throughout our journey was the most important thing for her. Her time management and attention to detail is impressive, and her knowledge of the areas we shopped in was vast. I could not have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase. We started the process of applying for a mortgage through our credit union with no expectations that we would buy a house as quickly as we did. Once we were approved our bank referred us to Eric and Mario on a Thursday. Mario personally called me the next day and agreed to meet us on Saturday. While we waited we also contacted other realtors but Mario was the only one who was willing to work with our busy schedule. We sat in a coffee shop while Mario showed us homes and we went to go look at them on Sunday. It showed that Mario and his team were very dedicated to gaining and keeping clients so we decided to stay with them. After only a couple of weeks we ended up finding the home we wanted and Mario orchestrated the most fluid and quick home purchase I've had the experience to see. While I understand that there are a lot of factors that go into making a home purchase swift and painless, Mario handled every step of the process masterfully, which ultimately allowed for the best possible outcome. A month or so later we moved into our beautiful home. When you're deciding on a realtor make sure you find one that works with your schedule, is on top of every step, and is transparent on every single detail. Mario and his team provided all of that for us and I have no doubt they will provide that for you if you give them a call.

Working with Mario was great. He was very helpful in helping us narrow down the areas where we would look at properties (which was a big plus because we were new to the area), and he also provided with plenty of options to look at, both new construction and inventory homes within our budget. We spent the better part of a day driving around looking at most of the options and we were lucky enough to find a new construction home from Mattamy which we really liked. Once we signed the contract, Mario was great at communicating with the builder and he helped us overcome some challenges we had with them. Once we closed on the property, we still had a few issues with the builder (home not cleaned prior to moving), and Mario also helped us getting that resolved as well, even though we had closed almost a month prior. Overall, our home buying experience was great, and even though it can be scary at times, Mario helped us make it a very easy process. We will definitely recommend Mario in the future to anyone that asks, and if we decide to sell our home or make another purchase, we will definitely work with him again.

I was referred to Mario Zendeli and Eric Soto by our credit union, CFEFCU. They were terrific, right from the beginning. Friendly and easy to chat with, they helped us identify exactly what we were looking for and targeted a few dozen homes which we reviewed on the big screen in their office. The following day, Saturday, we visited our top selections in person. Mario accompanied us at each property, very low key, no pressure, letting us make observations on our own, pointing out things we missed, and answering questions on things we noted. We picked out 2 prospective homes by day's end, and made our decision the next day. Within 4 days our offer was accepted. Mario and Eric walked us through the purchase process, which was handled conveniently, almost entirely via email. We closed within 30 days and moved into our amazing new home. A few weeks later we put our condo on the market. On our opening weekend we had 5 offers, 2 above the asking price. We closed on that sale within 30 days. Mario and Eric were much more than Real Estate Reps. With their expertise and professionalism each step of the way, they became our personal "Home Coaches". Eric and Mario are the best. We were first time house buyers, who
were really cautious about if we could actually afford a home or not. We went through a few realtors, and never really got the good vibes as we did with Eric. When we met with Eric to feel him out as a realtor, he was up front about how he is paid, what his fee is from you, and how the processed worked. We were still unsure, but he was never pushy when it came to making us move forward in the process. Months passed, we called him up, serious about it this time, and he was more than happy to help. He did research on locations for us, helped us pick out homes in the area, and looked around with us. Eric was great when it came to being flexible with our schedules as well. We went with a new build, and you would think that it being a new construction it would be easy, it's not. Eric was great throughout the whole process, went to the design center with us, kept up with communication with the builder, especially when there was lack of communication or answers back from the sales rep with the company. Eric is very responsive. We probably sent a lot of emails asking crazy questions, but he never acted annoyed about it at all. We didn't work much with Mario, but when Eric was away, Mario stepped in and knew what was going on when we had a meeting. They keep each other informed about their clients, and we felt that is great for a company, especially when you don't have to go through the whole backstory of what was going on, they already know about it. We feel that we were lucky to have Eric and have chosen TC homes for buying our first home, we were able to learn about a lot of things we didn't know about, and the whole process. Plus, he's your eyes and ears. Our pre-walk through and final walk through he went around and checked every detail throughout while they kept us busy talking about the features of the home. They will fight for you in the end. He reviews all the numbers and costs with you with the loan, and he will try to get them to come down with some costs he feel is overpriced. All throughout the whole process Eric was the best, and we were blessed to have an awesome realtor who cares, and wants people to find their perfect homes and make sure they get the best deal! We can't wait to use him again in the future!

The only critique I have is that Danielle and I, at times, felt a little bit confused about the next step in the home buying process. I recall having multiple conversations about what happens next and am sure that you guys did your best to communicate what the next steps were, but I was still a little confused. I suggest making a checklist or flow chart of the milestones of purchasing a home for first time buyers. If they are as ignorant to the process as Danielle and I were, this might be a good reference for them and might give them a little piece of mind for planning. Eric is a true professional. He took the time to explain the process to my wife and I, explaining all the points of the contract clearly. I appreciated the time he spent in putting together a thorough comparative market analysis (CMA), going to the extent of visiting several of the houses used in the CMA. He kept track of all the home visits, soliciting feedback from the potential buying agents. Eric was also very responsive to our phone calls and emails as well as considerate to our schedule during a long move (we moved from Orlando, FL to Austin, TX). All I can say is WOW these two are the perfect team! The process starts with a getting to know you and your needs interview. Then Mario and Eric work together to find you the perfect home. They both are incredibly knowledgeable, they genuinely care for people, they both have an amazing sense of humor, and master negotiators (I'm pretty sure that both of them could argue with a fence post!) One thing that really impressed me is after closing they bought us a gift! It was meaningful and personal to our situation. I will be referring everyone I know to Mario and Eric.
